Аннотация:The dynamics of individual components of the soil microbial complex (bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes) and a population of the actinomycete Streptomyces olivocinereus introduced into the soil were studied by the fluorescence microscopy and inoculation. The population density maxima of individual components of the soil microbial complex were separated in time, which indicated the existence of succession. In the first stages of the succession, fungi develop which also dominate in biomass over other complex components. Bacteria and actinomycetes develop in later stages of succession. The introduction of glucose facilitated the earlier growth of fungi and barely affected the dynamics of other comlex components.
