Аннотация:In order to clarify and highlight the processes that affect the manifestation of the Coulomb law in atmospheric conditions and show their dependence on pressure and ambient temperature, we performed the corresponding calculations taking into account the effect of ion-molecular processes on the real manifestation of the Coulomb law. This work is devoted to determining the corresponding times for model atmospheric pressure air compositions. First, we determine the main air ions that can affect the change in the charges of the elements, and then move on to their influence on the formulation of the law.
