Аннотация:Article is devoted to actual problem of ensuring inertial linear-rotary piezodrive workability in case of complicating piezodrives start, caused by the lowered voltage, long idle time, high axial loading, usage of polymer. Application possibilities of an electrodynamic actuator are considered to solute a given problem. The design of the passive actuators version, consisting of a magnet and a metal core, and actuators adjustment procedure are presented. The model of the inertial piezodrive with the electrodynamic actuator, based on the electromechanical analogies system, is described. The drive and actuator researches results, executed by means of the model, are given. It is shown, that the actuator can have two operating modes depending on the drive rotation direction. Peculiarities of the drive operation in these modes are described. Besides, the drives model allows to establish that the actuator efficiency decreases considerably in case of small piezoelement deformations. The active version of the electrodynamic actuator, with additional impact on drive piezoelements carrying out by means of a magnet and the solenoidal coil, is presented. Peculiarities of the active actuator operation are considered. The sample of low-voltage inertial drive with electrodynamic actuator are described, results of the actuators test and the recommendation about active and passive actuators version application are given.
