Separation of particles of soil downslopes flows and their carrier compound a basis of process of water erosion. Under transporting ability of a flow the maximum charge of silts is perceived, which flow with the given hydraulic performances is capable to transport. In overwhelming majority of research on study transporting abilities were spent for flows of the big depth – the rivers and channels. The mathematical exposition transporting represents ability of a flow the big difficulties, as was the cause of application for its calculations of various empirical or semiempirical formulas. In a nature on slopes the mechanism of a transport of silts can be is conditional divided into two processes. The first - transmission of the soil particles separated and were in a flow in the weighed or rolled condition. The second - a separation of the particles were in a channel of a torrent (a channel and lateral walls) and their transmission. In both cases the mechanism of transmission of particles will be various. In the first case we observes only a transport and sedimentation, and in the second - additional gains are necessary for a separation of particles and then their transport and/or sedimentation in a channel of a flow. These processes on a straight line are connected to a critical flow velocity. Results of the lead experiments on the big erosive tray have allowed to verify developed by M.S. Kuznetsov with co-authors (2007) experimental-theoretical equation transporting abilities of water flows of small depth. Necessary parameters for carrying out of calculations transporting abilities of water flows of small depth with reference to a typical chernozem, soddy-podzolic and gray forest soils of a different degree erodibility are obtained.
