Аннотация:This paper presents the results of application of the elaborated methods for monitoring of nanodiamonds in human urine using fluorescence spectroscopy. High efficiency of using artificial neural networks for recognition and estimation of concentration of nanodiamonds in urine is demonstrated. It was found that minimal concentration of nanodiamonds with NV centers which can be detected in urine by fluorescence spectra of nanodiamonds is 3.06·10-4 g/l; use of artificial neural networks allows detection of fluorescence of detonation nanodiamonds against the background of autofluorescence of urine with a reasonably high accuracy - not worse than 6.8·10-3 g/l.
