MASTER OT J164511.95+275227.2 discovery - bright (15.8m) QSO flare MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 45m 11.95s +27d 52m 27.2s on 2016-06-12.01477 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.8m (limit 19.3m). The OT in bright state is seen in 3 images. We have reference images with OT in quiet state on Date UT, unfiltered m_OT 2016-05-03 01:43:32.17UT 18.8 2016-03-10 00:58:15.98 19.0 2016-02-14 05:45:16.91 19.1 Last outburst was registered at MASTER-Kislovodsk on 2012-07-15 18:48:55.952 with unfiltered m_OT=16.8. This OT is in 0.6" from the candidate to QSO( SDSS DR10 catalogue of candidate quasars (Brescia+, 2015)) Spectral observations are required. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/164511.95275227.2.png MASTER OT J004117.95+403352.9 ( ATEL #9164 )preliminary photometry The_Date,UT unfiltered m_OT+-0.2 2016-06-16 04:47:12UT 19.2(540s sum with m_lim=19.9) 2016-06-15 04:38:53.628 19.2 2016-06-14 04:48:39.25 19.2 2016-06-13 04:42:07.012 19.3 2016-06-11 04:25:40.673 19.3 2016-06-08 04:27:12.352 19.3 2016-06-07 04:29:23.573 19.4 2016-06-06 04:38:04.042 19.4 2016-06-04 04:35:54.891 19.4 2016-05-18 04:43:34.344 19.5 2016-05-14 04:51:31.207 19.4(m_lim=19.6) 2016-05-09 00:05:45 marginally seen 19.7(m_lim=19.7) The images without OT with m_lim: 2016-05-08 04:56:57 up to 19.0 2016-04-10 01:00:32 up to 19.5 2016-02-23 19:57:28 up to 19.7 There is some correction to ATEL #9164, the OT is seen on the sum (540s) of 3 images(180s), started at 2016-06-16 04:47:12UT with m_lim=19.9 (and on the difference from this sum and the image of last year), but this OT is not seen(automatically can't be detected) on the single image at 2016-06-16 04:47:12UT with m_lim=19.3. This is Andromeda field, and the limits are +-0.2, also for the magnitudes of the star near this limit (preliminary automatic values).
