Nova in M31 MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 40m 03.13s +41d 45m 18.7s on 2016-07-27.20056UT. The OT unfiltered (W=0.2B+0.8R calibrated by USNO-B1) magnitude is 16.5m (limit 19.2m). The OT is seen in 11 images. We have reference image without OT on 2016-07-26.206UT with m_lim=19.2, on 2016-07-04.19304 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.5m. This OT was independently discovered at 2016/07/26.478 by KAIT (AT2016ejb=KAIT-16ai http://www.rochesterastronomy.org/novae.html ) Spectral observations are required.
