MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 17m 06.60s -38d 22m 24.8s on 2016-08-09.01954 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.6m (mlim=20.4m). There are 2 images with OT on 2016-08-09 00:39:10, 00:28:08UT. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-13.86916 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.9m. There is no any sources in VIZIER database inside 5". There is extended source at POSS images in 7.7" - possibly host galaxy for SN scenario. In this case this galaxy has active nuclear, there is a GALEX source in 6.6" with NUV=22.9+-0.4. Spectral observations are required. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/001706.60-382224.8.png MASTER OT J115434.33-485934.6 discovery - new dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>4.4, no VIZIER known source MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 11h 54m 34.33s -48d 59m 34.6s on 2016-08-11.73176 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.9m (mlim=19.7m). The OT is seen in 3 images. There are 2 images on 2016-08-04 18:32:38.131 with m_OT=17.6 We have reference image without OT on 2016-04-16.04848 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.7m. There was previous outburst on 2015-01-11 22:59:46.041 with m_OT=17.9 in MASTER-SAAO database. There is no any source in VIZIER database, it means Ampl>4.4m of the current outburst. Spectral observations are required. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (mlim=19.1m). The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-08-20.80381 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.0m. There is no known sources in VIZIER database (22m POSS limits), it means Ampl>4m of current outburst Spectral observations are required.
