Аннотация:The microbial succession was studied in aggregates of chernozem in aerobic and anaerobic conditions. In conditions of model anaerobiosis, which are widely used in studies of anaerobic bacterial populations, micromycete mycelium developed in the soil samples. The biomass of fungal mycelium was maximal on the seventh day of incubation and was equal to 12 mg/g of soil in aerobic conditions and 10 mg/g in anaerobic ones. Possible mechanisms responsible for the development of fungal mycelium in anaerobic conditions are suggested.
