- Аннотация: Lingzhi mushroom Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis W.:. Fr) P. Karst, known for its medicinal properties for over two thousand years, is now cultivated in many countries around the world. In recent decades, G. lucidum is of great interest among researchers of different areas, but the main value of this fungus in medicine and pharmacology. Currently, researchers are actively working to find and collect new strains of the natural environment and at the same time conducting research in order to preserve the most valuable producers in the collections, without losing their valuable properties. The aim of this work is the isolation in the Moscow area of new strains in pure culture, comparative description of macro- and micromorphological characteristics of the strains isolated previously and stored in the collection, as well as the testing method of deep freezing storage mycelium cultures gather at -70 ° to the strains of filamentous storage were prepared conventional manner at -4 ° c in malt-agar medium for storing further comparison basidiomycetes mycelia
