Аннотация:Fast-hardened alloys of aluminum with cobalt and zirconium are investigated using a combination of means of physicochemical analysis to study the formation of finely dispersed structures that considerably enhance the strength characteristics of materials. Alloys of ultrafast hardening are studied, since it is a mode of alloy treatment that allows the maximum isolation of the strengthening phase. It is found that the transfer of the single-phase structure of a supersaturated solid solution of Alsupers(Co,Zr) to Als(Co,Zr) + ZrAl3 + Co2Al9 is accompanied by an increase in hardness, due to the sequential separation of the intermetallide phases in the finely dispersed state. It is shown that the value of the dispersion hardening effect depends largely on the temperature and time parameters of the destruction of supersaturated solid solutions.
