- Аннотация: Expanding the opportunities for introducing information and tele-communication systems in all areas of modern society, along with a positive effect, inevitably leads to a number of negative consequences associated with the misuse of innovative aids for the purpose of committing crimes. The emergence of new goods in the consumer market, in conjunction with the im-personal information aids for the implementation of their turnover, often ex-ceeding the limits of national economies, require the development of effective proactive preventive measures aimed primarily at the informational support of the virtual Internet market. This support can be based on an electronic platform containing blocks of legal information on the regulation of this segment of trade turnover, lists of names of bona fide Internet shops and those whose activities are blocked by court decision. This platform also allows to systematize information about the technical and legal properties of the tested goods, their compliance with established requirements. Information obtained from various sources (public services, non-profit human rights organizations and consumers) on qualitative and quantitative characteristics allows one to obtain systems of properties of cognizable objects, information about which is a means of solving many searches and cognitive and verification tasks and is also an independent source of information.
