Аннотация:The effectiveness of protection of technical aluminum AD31 by its hydrophobization and superhydrophobization (SHP) with ethanol solutions of trialkoxysilanes and stearic acid was evaluated. The stability of SHP coatings in distilled water and chloride solution was studied. The thickness of the formed SHP layers is determined by the ellipsometric method. Polarization measurements, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and corrosion tests have shown that SHP coatings have a protective ability in 3% NaCl and under the impact of salt spray.
