Аннотация:The theory which allows successively to take into account both the
initial spectrum variations due to the coupling with the point of a
tunnel microscope and the finite relaxation time of nonequilibrium
electrons is developed. In a number of cans with studying the
low-dimensional electron systems the tunneling transitions between the
junction sides are shown to result in the formation of a localized bound
state giving an additional contribution into the tunneling current.
