Аннотация:The dynamics of adsorption and KrCl laser-induced resonant photoprocesses in physisorbed dimethylcadmium (DMCd) molecules has been examined. The desorption of DMCd and its CdCH3, Cd, CH3 fragments in both neutral and ionic forms was observed. The dependences of the desorption yields on laser fluence and on DMCd gas exposure time, as well as the time-of-flight (TOF) profiles of desorption signals, have been measured. Multimode structures of the TOF profiles and nonmonotonic behavior of the fluence and kinetic dependences of CH3 radicals and Cd-containing ions have been found. The mechanisms of the laser-stimulated processes are discussed.
