Аннотация:The problem of designing a sandwich flat panel consisting of bearing layers, a corrugated Z-shaped rigid filler, a heat-insulating filler, and a heat-shielding external coating is considered. The designing is made provided static mechanical strength with account for thermal protection requirements under the conditions of stationary and nonstationary thermal effects. Models of construction mechanics, thermal physics, and mechanics of composite materials are used to formulate explicit analytical relations for determining the geometry parameters of the layers comprising the panel. Thus, the rational thickness of the panel layers is determined in order to ensure the structure strength, the local and general stability, the required temperature drop on the internal and external panel walls, and to obtain the minimum linear weight. It is suggested that the obtained geometrical characteristics of the panel should be used as the initial data for further clarifying heat calculations as well as for verification and strength finite-element calculations. The work includes an example of calculations of the transport vehicle sheathing panel, operating under the conditions of high-intensity mechanical and thermal effects, correspondent to the typical operation conditions of rescue vehicles used on oil platforms in the Arctic.
