Аннотация:Reference regimes of wind-wave growth are described within the concept of wave (weak) turbulence. These cases correspond to constant fluxes of wave momentum, energy and wave action. Energy fluxes of direct and inverse cascades estimates based on experimental parameterizations of wave spectra and wind-wave growth are presented. These estimates show that inverse cascading of energy is about two orders of magnitude lower than the direct one. An approximate solution for the inverse cascade of energy is presented for the first time. Results are discussed in the context of the state-of-the-arts of wind-wave modeling.
