Аннотация:Mossbauer spectroscopy at (119)Sn and (57)Fe nuclei was used to study thermally induced processes of phase formation in two-layered systems Sn(4 mu m)-Fe(10 mu m) obtained by ion-plasma deposition. The layered systems were subjected to sequential isothermal annealings at 550A degrees C and 700A degrees C to show the formation of intermetallic compounds FeSn and Fe(3)Sn(2) and of an alpha-Fe(Sn) solid solution. It has also been shown that the nature of the phase transformations is determined by a change in the local concentration of tin in the sample in the process of diffusion of the atomic components. Thermally stable spatially inhomogeneous systems FeSn/alpha-Fe(Sn) and Fe(3)Sn(2)/alpha-Fe(Sn) have been obtained.
