- Аннотация: The purpose of our work is to add molecular genetic data for a number of species of the genus Thymallus. Mongolian and lower Yenisei grayling have the same genotype of the nuclear gene, that indicates the common origin and recent divergence of species. Specimens of the European grayling and the grayling with the mtDNA of the Arctic grayling have the same nuclear genotype. Arctic grayling by its origin is divided into two major lines, eastern and western. Graylings from the Ob’ and the Yenisei have a common origin, whereas the Kamchatka-Anadyr branch has a common origin with the North American grayling. In general, the resulting pattern of haplotypes corresponds to the geographical location of the samples. At the same time, the studied Arctic graylings from different parts of the range have the same TNFα genotype.
