Аннотация:Experimental studies of submerged jets with various parameters (density, viscosity, salinity, temperature) are carried out, and the velocity of the jet propagation is estimated. A theoretical model for the description of jet motion is proposed. A comparison was made of the values of the jet outflow velocity calculated and estimated from experimental data, which showed a satisfactory coincidence. All obtained results are consistently reproduced with preservation of both functional dependencies and numerical values.
