Аннотация:The results of the long-term meteorological observations (surface air temperature, atmospheric precipitation and sun shine duration) are performed. There were analyzed the ground-based data of 19 meteorological stations along all the Arctic shore of Russia. The stations with the most prolonged observation period were selected. All of these stations are still working at the present time. The World Data Center’s (Obninsk, Russia) data bank was used. For each station 2 average values of the surface air temperature (SAT) were calculated: for the whole period of observation (tav) and for the period 1961-1990 according to the recommendation of the World Meteorological Organization (tn). It was shown that the more long period of observations is present, the less the difference between the averages is. The usage of one of these average values doesn’t have in impact on the linear tendency of parameter, but the usage of tn leads to the SAT amplitudes increase toward positive magnitudes.
Within the last century the linear trend value of meteorological parameter can differ from one region to another and even in the same region. According to the comparison of the linear trend for the period 1933-2009, which is the equal for all selected 19 stations, the most significant warming is evidence in Chukchi Peninsula. On the opposite, Taymyr Region is characterized by cooling, which is not statistically significant.
