Аннотация:Thirty-three wild-collected Pleurotus ostreatus isolates were analyzed by employing fourteen isozyme loci, thirteen loci being polymorphic (92.86 % of polymorphic loci). Genetic variability on all isoenzyme loci was I = 0.7320. Nei's genetic distances estimation is resulted in dendrogram demonstrating two separate clusters of reproductively isolated strains (intersterility groups I and II). Data on polymorphism, expected and observed heterozygosity, genetic differentiation obtained are consistent with the assumption of randon mating. However, relatively high inbreeding coefficient (FIT) = 0.3091 is rather due to non-random spore dispersal over a small area of survey and heterozygotes deficiency in samples involved in the analysis. Value of F-statistics (FST = 0.6545) indicates considerable genetic differentiation between P. ostreatus samples collected during summer and autumn. The existence of discrete intersterile groups within the species P. ostreatus identified in mating experiments has been confirmed by allozyme spectra analysis.
