Аннотация:Adsorption from aqueous solutions of basic protein (lysozyme) and basic dyes (Rodamines 6G and S) on poly(ethylene therepthalate) (PET) and polycarbonate (PC) track membranes was studied. It was shown that lysozyme and Rodamine 6G are more intensely adsorbed on PET, whereas Rodamine S on PC track membranes. The adsorption of protein and Rodamine 6G on PC track membranes increases with a decrease in membrane pore sizes. The adsorption of dyes on membranes, graphitized thermal carbon black, and clay was compared. It was concluded that the surface of polycarbonate track membranes carries fewer negatively charged groups than that of poly(ethylele therphthalate) membranes, and their concentration decreases with an increase in the pore diameters from 15 to 60 nm.
