Аннотация:The associated fungi of the tropical Vietnamian orchids (epiphyte Pholidota articulata and terrestrial species Paphiopedilum appletonianum) were investigated. The surface of the substrate roots of P. appletonianum is populated by following fungi - Mucor sp., Pestalotiopsis maculans, Fusarium decemcellulare, Cylindrocladium sp., Trichoderma virens, T harzianum, T hamatum and Ceratobasidium sp. Endophytic fungi of this plant are classified into the genera Trichoderma - T virens and T hamatum. Rhizoplane of the epiphyte orchid Ph. articulata is colonized by T virens, F. incarnatum, P. maculans, Sordaria lappae and Cryplosporiopsis sp. Among the endophytic fungi of Ph. articulata are P. maculans, F. flocciferum, T. virens, Aureobasiditint pullulans and Chaetospermum chaetosporum. Comparative analysis of the fungi associated with wild orchids and tropical orchids, grown in the greenhouses are made.
