Purpose of the study. Purpose of this article is to assess the level of integration in within EEU common market. Study focuses on: researching transformation processes of the evolutionary modernization; systematizing evolutionary approaches; analyzing international assets; revealing the countries-participants’ of the EEU characteristics and differences; analyzing socio-economic indicators; identifying advantages and disadvantages of EEU formation; studying sources of fixed investment; forming a comprehensive approach to the evolutionary modernization of integration processes; identifying criteria for the quality of life; designing evolutionary model for the modernization of new economic market of the EEU members. Methods of the study. Structural and logical method, the method of system analysis, economic and statistical methods form the methodic basis of research. Analytical reviews, statistical data, and articles of Russian and foreign scientists used. Work results. An immersive analysis of the evolutionary modernization of integration transformations during emerging into the economic system. Results of the study show that integration approach helps to identify drawbacks in the management system. Authors analyze foreign-exchange reserves of the EEU members. Socio-economic indicators for each participant of the EEU determined. Basic characteristic features and differences of the EEU member countries estimated. An evolutionary model for the modernization of the new economic market designed. Conclusions. Theses stated in the article show that under conditions of digital transformation evolution is inevitable. On the basis of modernization, integration processes become more and more intensive. Constructivism approach applied to new-created financial markets together with social and economic development. Such approach determines vector of development, transformation models and management mechanisms, boosts cooperation between EEU members. Historical retrospective of "Economic Belt of the Silk Road" and "Sea Silk Road of the 21st Century" projects create background for infrastructure development. Intensity of interaction between the members of EEU and third countries relies on infrastructure together with legislative and institutional framework. Practical results of research lie in the field of implementation of methodological approaches of the historical retrospective. Such approach applicable in the tourist sphere. © 2018 Authors.
