The Kara Sea, up to the present, is the territory with the uneven geophysical methods coverage. In particular, aeromagnetic surveys provided just for the part of offshore zone; seismic acquisition (sometimes combined with the gravity and magnetic surveys) performed on widely spaced regional profiles. Insufficient knowledge characterized for the mainland to waters transition zone. New possibilities of the study of the water area of the Kara sea and mainland the Siberian region geological structure came with the establishment of a modern integrated digital gravitational and magnetic fields models based on the existing data integration including satellite and altimetry, which accuracy and data detail are comparable to a medium - scale sea survey. This paper presents the analysis of the potential fields data structure in complex with the regional deep CDP reflection and deep seismic sounding (DSS). Interpretation of the Kara Sea and mainland the Siberian region potential fields is executed by unified scheme with the use of frequency analysis for the localization of sources of different structure level and different depths. As a result, most of the well-studied continental structures detected and tracked in the Kara Sea, the localization of some boundaries of structural - tectonic blocks had been clarified, zones of possible and probable HC resources dedicated in the water area.
