Аннотация:An investigation was made of the electrical properties of single crystals of Dy-Y alloys. The magnon contribution to the electrical resistivity was found to be anisotropic and it varied linearly with the yttrium concentration in the basal plane but nonlinearly along the hexagonal axis. A strong scattering of the conduction electrons due to the magnetic disorder was observed at low temperatures. The indirect exchange theory and the experimental results were used in a calculation of the s-f exchange interaction integral and of the conductivity effective electron mass, and in a determination of the dependences of these quantities on the atomic volume.
