Аннотация:The purpose of this work is to show the influence of socio-psychological factors on the irrational behavior of labor agents. A systematic view of labor relations and of the role of socio-psychological factors can only be given by Philosophy, which allows to consider labor relations in an interdisciplinary context. When developing measures to improve socio-economic policy in the field of labor, it is necessary to take into account the incentives that affect the ratio of rational and irrational in the behavior of individuals in the labor market. In this regard, it is necessary to turn to the behavioral model of a human, which has in its arsenal the theory of nudging. Our conclusion for the future research is to supplement the behavioral model of a human with the provisions of New Institutional Economics. The influence of cognitive distortions and heuristic errors can be reduced by increasing confidence in formal and informal institutions. With a high level of trust, labor market participants will be ready to make more rational choices, regardless of the extent to which socio-psychological factors motivate them to engage in irrational behavior.
