Аннотация:A comparative investigation of the La2O3-P2O5-H2O open system at 200-350degreesC has been carried out in air and in an air flow saturated by water at 60degreesC. As the temperature elevates, two condensed phosphates, namely, La(PO3)(3) and LaP5O14, are formed in sequence. An approximately 15-fold increase in gas humidity increases the water content of the melt, decreases the average degree of phosphate anion condensation in the melt, and shifts the La(PO3)(3) --> LaP5O14 conversion temperature to higher temperatures from 260 to 320degreesC.
