Аннотация:Dielectric constant and pyroelectric effect were studied in mixed monoclinic hydrogen and dihydrogen ammonium phosphates and tellurium hydroxide (TAAP) crystals within the 20 Hz-20 kHz frequency range at temperatures 10-50°C. The "universal law" formulated for the dielectric response in solids was experimentally tested. The results confirmed the existence of a phase transition at 48°C, as well as the existence of a universal dielectric response.
