Аннотация:The manifestation of orthogonal spontaneous polarization components in the absence of any sign of ferroelectricity does not violate the Curie-Neumann principle. These components are formed during the linear pyroelectric growth, they are always present, but their values are several orders of magnitude lower than the spontaneous polarization along the polar axis. The low-temperature manifestation of these components is caused only by the peculiarity of their pyroelectricity mechanism - disordering of the charged structure units in asymmetric potential wells.
