- Аннотация: The effect of electron beam irradiation on the dry distillation of plastics waste and their artificial mixtures with lignocelluloses as well as refuse derived fuel (RDF) was studied. It was found that irradiation makes it possible to reduce the temperature of dry distillation and increase the yield of wax/oil from plastics. Wax/oil obtained via the radiation-thermal degradation of plastics contains more of saturated components. Wax/oil yield is at least 2/3 of the initial RDF sample. Radiation-thermal degradation of the cellulose fraction of RDF produces mainly derivatives of furans.
