Аннотация:A single system of comprehensive monitoring was developed. It provides collection, processing, generalization, analysis, visualization, and storage of satellite and ground data on seismic and volcanic activity, typhoons and wildfires in a unified information environment. The principles of construction, elements and structure of the proposed system for monitoring of catastrophic phenomena and areas of their possible origin and development are presented. We describe methodological approaches to comprehensive monitoring of various catastrophic phenomena and single system methods of satellite monitoring of seismically hazardous areas on the basis of a complex analysis of various earthquake precursors, fire hazardous areas based on an analysis of different-scale multispectral satellite data, volcanic areas by joint analysis of satellite data on temperature anomalies, sulfur dioxide concentrations, aerosol index, and other parameters, typhoons by using information flows from various satellites with the use of ground meteorological data. In the process of comprehensive monitoring an analysis is provided on the effect of various catastrophic phenomena on each other, as well as a forecast of the impact of these phenomena on various objects of the social, industrial, and natural environment. The possibility of use of the web interface of the mapping integration platform to visualize monitoring results and to organize access to information for a large number of users is shown. Examples of use of the proposed single system for comprehensive monitoring of catastrophic phenomena are given.
