Аннотация:A series of wound dressings, containing silver nanoparticles, based on medical gauze bandages, was obtained by the metal-vapor synthesis. Experimental laboratory rats were used to model aseptic skin wounds. The comparative dynamics of wound healing using a dressing containing silver nanoparticles and a conventional medical gauze dressing was studied. The influence of the silver-containing dressing material on the leukocyte number and blood leukogram, the main indicators of biochemical analysis of blood, was investigated. The wound dressings containing silver nanoparticles can accelerate the healing process of an experimental aseptic wound without significantly affecting the key indicators of the body homeostasis.
