- Аннотация: The interaction of red blood cells (RBC) with each other resulting in the formation of aggregates is one of the most important mechanisms for regulating blood fluidity in the vessels. Such interaction has a significant effect on the microcirculation and rheology of blood in the body. A technique for measuring the kinetics of the interaction of two RBC with the formation of a paired aggregate in vitro using a two-channel laser tweezer (LT) has been developed. Investigation of the interaction process is important both for understanding the fundamental mechanisms of aggregation, and for assessing the differences of the parameters of aggregation kinetics in case of the presence or absence of pathology. The two-channel LT makes it possible to capture and manipulate different microparticles with a focused laser beam and is suitable for studying living cells and measuring the forces of their interaction. The kinetics of formation of paired aggregates in blood samples of more than 60 patients was studied. The developed technique allowed us to conclude that the kinetics of RBC aggregation depends on the presence or absence of pathology, in particular, arterial hypertension.
