Аннотация:In mid-September, Hooded, White-naped, Red-crowned, and Eurasian Cranes gather in pre-migratory flocks in Muraviovka Park and Amursky Zakaznik (Wildlife Refuge). These flocks sometimes also include Siberian and Demoiselle Cranes, as well as hybrids between Eurasian and Hooded Cranes. There are no such places anywhere else in Russia. The cranes and the Park are sources of inspiration and excitement for all who encounter them. The diverse program of the autumn crane festival “See You Next Spring, Cranes!” conducted in mid-September 2017 and attended by over 500 visitors, offered excursions, introduction to animals and plants of the park, explanations of water quality issues and importance of wetlands for nature and people, as well as poetry reading and performances by singers and dancers.
