Аннотация:Seven primer pairs developed from clone library of microsatellite DNA repeats of Norway spruce were tested for study of population genetic structure of Eurasian spruces Picea abies and P. obovata. Five primer pairs revealed polymorphic loci with numbers of alleles ranged from six to fifteen. Observed and expected heterozygoty values over all loci for all populations ranged from 0.1778 to 0.6556 and from 0.7800 to 0.9000, respectively. For all population studied, Fst indexes varied from 0.0691 to 0.2551 with mean value of 0.1318 which testifies high level of genetic differentiation between populations. At UPGMA dendrogram (Fig. 1) constructed using Nei’s genetic distances, all populations form three clusters – Pskov-Prikarpatye, Komi-Tatarstan-Arkhangelsk, Kasakhstan-Karelia (natural)-Karelia (culture)-Krasnoyarsk. Thus, five primer pairs examined appear to be suitable for study of population genetic structure of Eurasian spruce species.
