Аннотация:The considerable scientific and technical advances in the second half of the twentieth century are associated with the invention of the transistor and the development of integrated microelectronics that contributed to the progress of computers. This has reflected in USSR novelties in computers, and on policies that recognized the high socio- economic importance of that development in the early 60s'. In addition, scientists in Czechoslovakia, the USSR and other countries, influenced by the changes, promoted a new concept of "Scientific-Technological Revolution", in the 60s aimed to adapt society to the new environment. Much adaptations and innovations, both technological and economical are taking place in Russian electronics from the early 1990s, due to the continued technological revolutions and changes in economic structures.
