Аннотация:Electrodynamical and plasma chemical processes in lower layers of the troposphere have been considered in the interest of new rainmaking technology. We propose mathematical model of the ionic flow formed by the ground-based plasma source and study its solutions. The Nernst-Planck-Poisson equations for 3 different types of ions and electrons with respect to the particles’ concentrations and electric potential have been numerically solved. This model describes ascending of one ion’s sort O3-. We analyze the final distribution of charged particles in the gap between the surface of the ground and the cloud base. We demonstrate that a significant amount of ions can reach the 2000 m elevation only together with the ascending air flow.
