Аннотация:The magnetic structure of the Fe2P-type Tb6FeTe2, Er6FeTe2 and Tb6NiTe2 phases (space group P62m) has been investigated through magnetisation measurement and neutron powder diffraction. The Tb6FeTe2 and Tb6NiTe2 phases demonstrate high-temperature ferromagnetic and low-temperature transitions: TC = 160 K and TCN = 36 K for Tb6FeTe2, TC = 228 K, TN = 55 K and TCN = 44 K for Tb6NiTe2, whereas Er6FeTe2 shows antiferromagnetic transition at TN = 18 K, only.
Below high-temprature ferromagnetic transitions Tb6FeTe2 and Tb6NiTe2 has the same collinear magnetic structure (P31m magnetic space group, K0 = [0, 0, 0], terbium magnetic moments directed along c axis), whereas below 36 K Tb6FeTe2 adopts a non-collinear ferromagnetic one, between 55 K and 44 K Tb6NiTe2 is ferromagnetic cone with K1 = [0, 0, 3/10] and below 44 K T6NiTe2 became the canted ferromagnetic cone with K1 = [0, 0, 3/10] and K2 = [2/9, 2/9, 0].
Below 18 K the magnetic structure of Er6FeTe2 is the flat spiral with K1 = [0, 0, 1/10] (cone axis coincides with the c axis).
The magnetic entropy of Tb6NiTe2 is dSmag = -4.86 J/kgK at 229 K for the field change H = 0-5 T.
