- Аннотация: The problems of institutional choice when decisions are made in favor of one or another transplanted institution. On the example of a simple schema, created by analogy with a simple contractual schema of O. Williamson, the possible situations - consequences of choice - are shown. The main criterion for situations classification is 171 compatibility of the borrowed institution with the institutional system of the recipient country. The issues of accounting risks and consequences of ignoring them are discussed
