Аннотация:Experiments on creation of artificial ball lightning (ABL) by capillary gas discharges at interaction of plasmas with a wire made of a Sn alloy have been undertaken. Two types of long lived luminescent objects have been realized with sizes 1- 5 mm and lifetime about of 1 s. The first type is a solid metallic sphere; the second one is a sphere with a solid cover filled by a vapor. Obtained results confirm a model where a natural ball lightning consists of a core filled by a vapor of fused material and a solid cover.
