Аннотация:The paper deals with the further development of Bychkov's (1973) two-component model of the Crab nebula, according to which the nebula contains a multitude of long narrow strong- and weak-field regions. The strong-field regions are as old as the nebula itself; they radiate at radio frequencies. The weak-field regions are periodically generated by the pulsar; they produce a synchrotron emission in the optical and X-ray range. It is shown that in the IR and millimeter wave spectrum of the nebula, there must exist a singularity, since the high and low-frequency emissions derive from regions of different nature. On the basis of the parallelism of the X-ray spectra of the nebula and pulsar, it is shown that the mechanism of electron acceleration in the 'cavern' between the nebula and pulsar does not affect the particle spectrum
