Аннотация:Single crystals of K1-xTi1-xSbxOPO4 solid solutions were grown by spontaneous crystallization from off-stoichiometric K2O-TiO2-P2O5-Sb2O3 melts, and their dielectric properties, nonlinear optical response, and conductivity were studied. Partial Sb substitution for Ti was found to substantially reduce the ferroelectric transition temperature, increase the conductivity of the crystals by 1.5 to 2 orders of magnitude, and reduce their nonlinear optical susceptibility. In the Sb-doped crystals, the relaxation anomaly between 200 and 600degreesC is much stronger compared to undoped crystals.
