Аннотация:The objective of inorganic materials science for medicine is to create a material that can stimulate osteogenesis and can provide regeneration of bone tissue. Calcium and magnesium phosphates in the system of MgO-CaO-P2O5 can be obtained by means of thermal conversion of the hydrated compounds or can be obtained via solid state reaction. Ceramics in the system of MgO-CaO-P2O5 with the target high-temperature phases were produced from the starting powders (precursors) in the form of hydrated compounds with different ratios of Mg/P или MgхСа1-х/P. The following phases were found out in the microstructure of ceramics after sintering: magnesium orthophosphate, magnesium pyrophosphate, magnesium polyphosphate, calcium orthophosphate, calcium pyrophosphate, calcium polyphosphate, solid solutions of the magnesium/calcium orthophosphate, the magnesium/calcium pyrophosphate. The family of ceramic materials with the molar ratio of 0,5≤(Ca+Mg)/P≤1,5 were produced. The physical and chemical processes accompanying the ceramic materials formation on their way from hydrated compounds to oxide system were investigated.
