Аннотация:Investigation of gaseous and stellar kinematics and of broad-band VRI and narrowband H-alpha and [N II]6583A images is performed for the central part of the regular spiral galaxy NGC 2841 (R<4 kpc). We found emission-line splitting at R<20" and a three-component line-of-sight velocity distribution (LOSVD) for the stars in the radial range 6" to 100". Morphological analysis reveals strong narrow shock fronts close to the major axis in the radial range from 30" to 50", a turn of 5 deg in the isophote major axis, and a strongly negative Fourier coefficient a_4 (boxy isophotes) in the radial range from 15" to 33". In principle, all these features may be explained in the context of a triaxial bulge hypothesis.
