Аннотация:The results of modeling the structure and spectra of hot accretion spots on the surface of young stars with allowance made for the departures from LTE for hydrogen and helium are presented. The existence of ram pressure of the infalling gas at the outer boundary of the hot spot has been found to lead to Stark broadening of the hydrogen line profiles to 1000 km/s at the accretion parameters considered. It is shown that allowance for the departures from LTE for carbon and oxygen atoms and ions does not lead to noticeable changes in the structure of the hot spot.
