Разработать методологические основания совершенствования экономической политики в сфере труда

The relevance of this research is that now the sphere of work in the Russian Federation needs effective modernization which, in our opinion, is possible only on the basis of philosophical and methodological reconsideration of the main problems and trends of this sphere. We define significance value of this research as high that the sphere of work is the main scope of the human capital which is a main economic (and not only) resource of the country. Without the effective organization of work the development of such fields of activity as production, health care, science and education, etc. is impossible. The scientific novelty of the research consists that the principles of economic policy in the sphere of work in the Russian Federation within the project are analyzed and reinterpreted taking into account tools of philosophy and methodology of economics. Participants of the project are guided in the work by an initiative of the ILO`s report "The future in the sphere of work" in which preparation they participated, and by the scientific research conducted on the basis of the Faculty of economics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. As "a methodological kernel" of a research it is offered to develop the homo creativus model (the creative person). Results of the project consist in development of a methodological basis and recommendations for possible reforms in the field of economic policy in the sphere of work in Russia, in preparation of the complex and accurately structured analytical material devoted to problems of economic policy in the sphere of work both in Russia and in foreign countries that will allow future researchers of this area to gain a system impression about problems and trends in the sphere of work in Russia.

Данный этап НИР представляет собой третий год реализации проекта. За два года участниками проекта были изданы 2 монографии, опубликовано более 50 статей и тезисов, а результаты исследования апробированы на российских и зарубежных конференциях и научных семинарах.
