Claims 1. A process for the production of radiostrontium comprising the bombarding of a target, containing metallic rubidium inside a target shell, with a beam of accelerated charged particles; melting of the rubidium inside the target shell after the bombarding thereof; and extraction of radiostrontium from the liquid rubidium via sorption on the surface of various materials contacting with the liquid rubidium, the process characterized in that the sorption is carried out at the temperature of the sorbing surface of 275-350°C, wherein the sorbing surface is the inner surface of the irradiated hermetically sealed target and wherein rubidium is removed from the target shell after carrying out sorption and then radiostrontium is washed with solvents from the inner target shell surface. 2. The process according to claim 1, characterized in that the material of the rubidium target shell is stainless steel, tantalum, niobium, tungsten, molybdenum, nickel, or precious metals. 3. The process according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that radiostrontium is washed from the inner target shell surface with organic alcohols, water, and/or aqueous solutions of mineral acids. 4. A process for the production of radiostrontium comprising the bombarding of a target made of metallic rubidium with a beam of accelerated charged particles; melting of the rubidium; and extraction of radiostrontium from the liquid rubidium via sorption on the surface of various materials contacting with the liquid rubidium, characterized in that the process has the following features (i) or (ii): (i) the working body of the target is liquid rubidium containing oxygen in an amount of no more than 3% by weight, during bombarding the liquid rubidium is circulating through a closed loop equipped with a trap, the loop temperature is maintained in the range from 10 to 220°C, and radiostrontium extraction is performed via sorption on the surface of parts of the trap heated to 220-350°C followed by washing radiostrontium with solvents from the surface of said parts of the trap; (ii) the working body of the target is liquid rubidium containing oxygen in an amount in the range of 0.1 to 4.0%, during bombarding the liquid rubidium is circulating through a closed loop equipped with a trap, the loop temperature is maintained in the range from 10 to 38°C, and the extraction of radiostrontium is performed via filtration through a filtering unit, the filtering unit being a porous material resistant to liquid metallic rubidium, followed by washing of radiostrontium with solvents from the surface of parts of the filtering unit. 5. The process according to claim 4 characterized in that the material of parts of the trap is stainless steel, tantalum, niobium, titanium, zirconium, tungsten, molybdenum, nickel, or precious metals. 6. The process according to claim 4 or 5 characterized in that radiostrontium is washed from the surface of parts of the trap or from the surface of the filtering unit with organic alcohols, water, and/or aqueous solutions of mineral acids.
