The present invention relates to a micro-capsule for fire extinguishing, to a manufacturing method thereof, and a fire extinguishing device using the same. The micro-capsule for fire extinguishing has a core-shell structure, wherein the core uses a liquid extinguishing agent and the shell uses a high density non-porous polymer material. A de-encapsulation process of the micro-capsule for fire extinguishing takes place in a narrow time and temperature range at a rate of at least 150 %/min, and the stability of a drug in water and other solvents increases significantly. The extinguishing device comprising the micro-capsule for fire extinguishing has an effect of improving service life and operating efficiency.
